Why this profile
Design rationale
For gig-economy and on-demand-services marketplaces (Instacart / TaskRabbit / DoorDash shape). High payout volume to individual workers, frequent small adjustments, and tight tolerance for chargebacks on worker tip-clawbacks. Application-fee refunds are stricter than the generic Marketplace / Connect template because each refund directly affects platform take-rate at the per-job level. Dispute window is 24h because supply-side chargebacks (worker disputes a tip clawback) move quickly and the platform needs ledger evidence early.
