Why this profile

Design rationale

For teams using Stripe DAA to settle agent payments in USDC on Base or Solana. Auto-allows routine small USDC transfers initiated by an agent so day-to-day vendor payments don’t require a human, but routes any transfer at or above $10k through the approvals queue. Intentionally does NOT hard-block — the policy is that finance always has the final say on six-figure stablecoin moves, not that the system refuses outright. Mode defaults to simulate so the org can verify volume before enforcing.

Where the defaults differ

When a category has its own ceiling, the typed evaluator consults the override instead of the top-level. Categories without an override fall back to the thresholds above.

stripe.payout.create plus the full lifecycle (paid, failed, canceled, reconciliation_completed). Operators with steady payout cadence want a higher ceiling here.
