Re-running the export at any time should produce the same manifest hash. If it does, every row is byte-identical to the database. If it does not, either the data has changed or the PDF has been edited.
The PDF cover page prints the manifest hash and chain head. Each section page (ledger, decisions, approvals, agent activity, kill-switch transitions) includes per-row SHA-256 hashes. The verification page describes the exact steps an auditor takes to re-derive integrity.

Is anything actually enforced?

What does Axiru need from Stripe?
Read access to charges, refunds, and disputes via Stripe Connect. We never store your Stripe secret key — Connect uses scoped OAuth.
